Looking for the best copy of RUMOURS going...well take a good look at this one>>>>
An original 1st press of RUMOURS on UK Warners - Burbank label. Matrix A1/B1. An export copy with 'mastered by capitol' stamped both sides. The vinyl comes housed in an original 1st issue textured cover. We also have the original generic white inner and thick card poster lyric sheet [many copies were issued on flimsy paper]. So, we're 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In lovely condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of very light marks, some very superficial bag rash marking - nothing troublesome that would get anywhere near the audio. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are really quiet and the audio comes across with superb clarity. A beautiful clean player with bags of energy. It's got the punch and all the low-level detail. What I particularly like about this example is it plays 'Songbird' clean - and many copies can't manage that. All I could detect were a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated spots per side. It really is among the best couple of couple of copies I've ever witnessed. I tend to find the intro on side 2 nearly always exhibits background. Not on this copy - it's delivered clean as a whistle. If you've been holding out for that perfect copy - you need to be thinking about this one<<< They don't all play like this. FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Difficult to find in perfect condition - but this example is getting very close. Very clean front and back without creasing or ageing - very very nice looking. Edge wear is pretty much non-existent and the openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% perfect - that is very unusual. It is totally square - no squishing or wear at all!! Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits.
Lyrics/Poster (Ex) Very nice. No issues at all.
