Cover has two small punch holes that indicates this came straight from the Philips/Phonogram archives where they marked sample copies this way. No insert. The vinyl of this Dutch digital stereo LP is near mint. Purchased from a former Philips/Phonogram employee. VERY VERY RARE !!!
