Fish Vigil In A Wilderness Of Mirrors Lp from 1990. U.K. Gatefold vinyl issue with an extremely rare press pack that’s been signed to the front by Fish. Never seen another one, can’t find anything about it, this is a true grail for all the Fish/Marillion collectors out there. The Lp has a Manufactures Property Not For Sale sticker on the rear, so this was obviously a very early press sent out to journalists and music bods for review and promotional purposes. The press pack includes 4 glossy photos of fish, a fascinating 2 page summary of his career including his split with Marillion and a promotional push for Big Wedge, the second single from the lp. The other, one page EMI issued statement features tour dates to the rear and a brief summary of the album, all housed in a gatefold folder and all topped off by a fantastic signature from Fish in gold pen on the front! Very Rare Lp that you don’t see too often in this great condition and especially not with the accompanying Press Pack!
Again, Ive had this for awhile and it's been stored away on a shelf in its protective sleeve. I will use record collector gradings I found online.
Vinyl is visually graded.
The vinyl is great, excellent i would say, light marks. The gatefold sleeve is nice, very good plus I would say, light wear, minor creases, slight water damage staining to the top and rear, age marks. The press pack is all in great shape, excellent, has a fold along the bottom of the folder as it’s been kept flat instead of the box shape it should be.
With everything going on in the world, please be patient as some places are taking a long time for delivery, even the U.K. still.
The Royal Mail have hiked their prices and it’s now £24.40 to ship to many countries with signed for, mainly the states, Canada and other places outside Europe.
Europe is £14.50 with signed for. Please wait for the invoice.
Postage in the uk is £5.80 and that will include Royal Mail signed for. I will ship abroad but definitely not without signed for or tracking. I will combine shipping.
