For sale is this UK original vinyl 7" single, in an oversized picture sleeve, by Fire Exit. Entitled Timewall, the B-side is Talkin' About Myself. On the Timebomb label, the catalogue number is TBE 1 and the date of issue is 1979.
Condition
The vinyl is in Very Good condition.
The hand-stamped labels are in Excellent condition, clean and bright with just a few light spindle marks.
The oversized picture cover is in Very Good Minus condition. It's constructed of a single piece of thin paper folded over along the top edge and taped on the left and bottom edges to create a sleeve. It has a bit of edge and corner wear and small tears at the edges, the bottom edge tape has a small split and the white background has some light discolouration marks (see pics).
All vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system, the long established UK standard, with any specific flaws mentioned along with the grading. They are sent in custom-made mailers, with built-in or added stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits. Singles without a picture sleeve will either have a plain sleeve or a correct-era original (not repro) record company sleeve (stated above). Original record company sleeves may not be the exact sleeve issued with the single so may have a different catalogue number hand-written in the corner but they will be the correct design for the single. They may have a bit of wear, writing, stickers, sticker marks etc but will be in a generally good, useable condition without edge splits or sellotape.
