Description
Fantasy - Paint a Picture vinyl LP catalogue number 2383-246 - original pressing!! Owned from me since new. This record has been played and as such the disc and album sleeve are not in mint condition. However, although unplayed for many years, this does look to be in very good condition. That said, if you are unhappy with the item, I will refund the original purchase price as long as you return it within 7 days of receipt. Payment to be received within 5 days of auction end. Will be posted in a cardboard LP envelope with stiffeners, the cost of which is built into the overall P&P charge, so I'm basically sending at cost! I'm selling off quite a few of my old LPs so check out my other auctions.

Firstly please note I am not a record collector or dealer - I am just selling off my old collection - hence I do not know the intricacies of record condition and description and having suffered the wrath of one such collector as I hadn't got the National Physical Laboratory to analyse the sound quality from a record or analysed the condition of the sleeve under an electron microscope I am trying to give an honest opinion of condition of both. There are small amounts of fluff or specks on the surface of the record, which I assume could be easily removed by cleaning, but i haven't touched the surface save doing any damage to it. I am trying hard to see if there are any scratches to the surface - I can't see any flaws other than the lightest of scuffing to the very edges. To assist in your deliberation of condition I have got a chum to convert the start of Side 1 to an mp3 - I will try and upload this to the web somewhere tomorrow (Friday) so you can hear it for yourself - I'll add a link to the listing when I've done it.
The sleeve is in good condition other than the back of the gatefold (where the record is inserted) has separated along the seam due to the ageing of the glue - very easy repair but again I have not touched it. The spine is free of damage other than a little nick under the word Fantasy and other minor day to day wear to the finish.

Due to the price the record has now reached I will send Special Delivery Insured within the UK (I will not charge any extra for this over and above what I have already quoted). I am happy to receive bids from outside the UK but postage will be via an Insured service and priced as such. The 7 days return in the listing is still OK as long as you are prepared to return at your own cost via an insured method.
