Rare unplayed limited edition shaped picture disc in great condition. Both the disc itself and the plastic cover have been signed by the fiver members of the band at a signing session back in 1990; Mike Patton, Jim Martin, Bill Gould, Roddy Bottum and Mike Bordin.
