Description

An original 3rd issue of FH on the UK Island label. Matrix 5/5. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original issue textured cover [gatefold]. Also included is the original blue Island inner sleeve. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex+) In super condition and has only seen lightest use. Under close inspection there are only a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback with just a couple of slight deviations. Just what you need for this folk title - perfectly clean audio. It plays as clean as a whistle the whole way through and delivers a fantastically well balanced rendition. No matter how low-key they go - it just plays clean. The deviations are a couple of minor ticks in track 1 side 2, and a further couple during track 3. And one more in 'Dirty Linen' - side 1. Other than that expect only the highest standard of playback.
Cover (Ex-) In very nice condition and only exhibiting some lightest ageing. On the front one mark up in the top left, but there's no creasing. A mark up in the top right on the rear, but again - no creasing. The interior looks great. Minimal edge wear and the spine is pretty much entirely intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) A bit of ageing. No splits.
