Historic recording of the re-opening concert of the 'Bayreuther Festspiele' in July, 29th 1951.
Considered to be one of the 100 most important classical recordings of all times.
The original - 1st edition - 2 LP BOX incl. 4 p. insert - made in Germany
records near mint condition; in original sewn plastic lined inner sleeves w. flaps;
light rub & 0,25" tag rip on box front - generally excellent condition

To answer the questions:
The records have no scratches, except one 5 mm very light scratch on blank vinyl after the grooves at the end of side 3, might also be a matrix fault.
Also there are no marks, stamps or writings either on labels, insert or box except the described
tag rip beneath the WALP on the box picture and two (fingerprint?) stains on the back of box.
If you take a closer look you will discover also a 3" x 2" area on the box and 5 x 5 mm on the side 3. label which are not shiny anymore.
Sorry I can't give only a optical description as I don't have turntable at the moment. 
Generally the set seems to be handled with great care through the last half century. Near mint as mentioned above.
