GRADING for this listing:

• LABEL GRADE: V+ / V STRONG
• SURFACE GRADE: V-  Dulling, numerous scuffs, light hairlines, spot of dry residue near end of "Good Looking" side. I have cleaned this record on an Okki Nokki machine with alcohol-free solution, after hand-cleaning. It could use more cleaning but I've gone as far as I feel comfortable.
• SOUND GRADE using a refurbished NEWCOMB AV 10 and new stylus: V STRONG. Music is loud and clear with steady background crackle, hiss. Sound samples were made with an AT-PL120 turntable and mono cartridge. Not the best for playing 78s, but the best I have which I can connect to computer.
• SLEEVE: Nice heavy generic replacement sleeve

N. As new and unplayed

N- (78). Nearly Mint, but has been played. No visible signs of wear or damage.

E+. Plays like new, with few signs of handling, such as scuffs from being slipped in and out of jackets.

E. Still very shiny, near new looking, with no signs of wear, but a few inaudible scuffs and scratches.

E-. Still shiny but without the lustre of a new record, few light scratches.  

V+  Average condition. Moderate scuffs and dulling. Plays without distortion. Surface noise not overly pronounced. 

V.  Moderate, even wear throughout, but still very playable. Surface noise and scratches audible but not intrusive.

V-. Surface noise, tics, crackle. Music still loud and above background noise.

G+ (78). Grey throughout but still serviceable. Music begins to sound muffled. Heavy scratches.

G (78). Quite seriously worn and scratched, but music level is still higher than surface noise.

G- (78). Music still prominent, but wear and scatch damage extensive.

F (78). Most of music remains audible over surface noise, but listening now uncomfortable.

P (78). Unplayable.
