PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP
ULTRA RARE original Monarch gatefold first pressing from 1978 on Warner Brothers' horizontal stripes label with original red circular hype sticker on the front cover, original printed inner sleeve with complete lyrics and Allen Zent mastered Jacksonville One Nation Under A Groove 45 in a picture sleeve with large center hole and Part II on the B-side!!! I've only ever seen this LP come with a Maggot Brain 45 which leads me to believe this was a replacement. 45 is in VG+/VG++ condition with a few light paper scuffs. Sleeve is VG- with some wear at the opening on top. LP is VG++ with a few light scuffs on side 2. Cover is still in the original shrink wrap and beautiful with a small bottom left hand corner promo notch. Even has the original green circular Goldblatts (R.I.P.) price sticker on the cellophane in the top right hand corner on the front cover. THAT'S provenance funk collectors.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING~ MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
