You are bidding on the best conditioned UK Boxed Decca Stereo pressing of From Genesis To revelation I have ever seen. It is the legendary debut LP by Genesis and it comes from my own Mint Genesis keepers collection which I will be selling off over the coming months. All records from this collection have been owned form new by me, placed into protective Poly sleeves from new and played only once to record. You will probably never see another copy of this UK LP approaching this condition again!!!  And this is the absolute best Mint- copy of this rare UK early Boxed Decca pressing you will ever see!!! Please so not miss it as it is my own best copy in Mint- condition, it has barely ever seen the light of day and I do not have anymore, so when this has gone it's gone...

The Classic blue Boxed Decca centre labels are in superb Mint- condition with NO Tears, NO Peeling, NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing of any kind!!! There are virtually NO visible spindle lines at all (see images)!!! The gramophone rims containing the all important matrix's are MINT!!! Most of these pink Hatter 2nd pressings were played to death in the 1970's and only turn up today full of scratches with a dull sheen and totally worn out. This one is NOT and the record stills retains a beautiful deep mirror-like sheen!!! Like I said earlier, this was my own keepers copy!!! The thick & chunky super heavy 2nd press vinyl is also in superb condition!!! It has NO Scratches, NO scuffing, NO Groove-wear and NO warping - Nothing!!! The record still retains ALL its original gloss and shine and has NO dulling and NO nasty greying of the grooves!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!! This record must PROPERLY grade Mint- if not better!!! I refuse to over-grade any of my records!!! The classic Robert Stace front laminated sleeve is ALSO in simply stunning condition!!!!  These sleeves suffered severe wear and always turn up worn out and really nasty looking with bashed corners and splits etc. This one however is simply stunning, again it was my keepers copy and was protected in a heavy-duty Polythene sleeve from new!!! I can say without hesitation that it will be one of the best examples you will probably ever come across, (it is much better than most of the later sleeves!!!)  I must briefly mention the condition of the laminate here, which is absolutely phenomenal!!! It is so pristine it almost looks 'wet' in appearance!!! These sleeve are not usually as perfectly preserved as this and the laminate usually becomes very scuffed and dull looking. Not this one, it is pristine and looks just as it did from new!!! The opening edge is razor sharp and the spine has Mint legible spine text with NONE of the usual laminate cracking!!! There just a very thin laminate lift partway along the spine, it is only mm's thick, and is very very minor, not an issue at all. There are NO Tears, NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing etc of any kind!!! The corners are super sharp and it has retained 100% of its just pressed box shape (I have tried to show this on the images).  There is a very small patch of wear in the top right corner of the front side which has been touched in with black pen, not by me may I add! The unlaminated reverse side shows a faint ring impression, but again, it is much better than most you will see. You will not find a better conditioned example than this!!! This mega rare sleeve easily grades as Ex+, it's as simple as that!!! What's more, it comes with its original lyric insert , which is ALSO in Stunning Ex++ condition!!! It is also complete with its original blue Decca '4 box' poly-lined inner sleeve which is in Stunning NR MINT condition with no seam splitting or wear, grubbiness etc!!!

I will be selling my entire UK 1st Press collection of 1960/70's Psych/Prog./Beat/Rock & Folk over the coming months, most of these records are in Mint- condition, many having 3 figure book prices. All will be listed here on eBay UK, most with a £2.99 start and No Reserve - bookmark my pages. Like the vast majority of my collection, this record has been archived upright in a thick outer PVC sleeve in a smoke & damp free environment since purchase!

Your package will also contain stiffening inserts to protect against bending or folding of the package during shipment. All records are professionally cleaned prior to being sent and are safely packaged outside their jackets to prevent seam any stress or 'knifing' during shipment.  Rest assured we will not send your record in a jiffy bag or Pizza Box (unfortunately it happens)!!!!

Postage ... Hazey Jane has absolutely NO hidden surcharges; the price you win is the price you pay, just add the relevant postage, it's as simple as that! We always combine postage so if you win more than 1 auction you save money on postage costs! We will only ship to non-UK countries via Airmail - we do not use surface mail, it is way too slow and thus increases the risk of records being damaged during transit.

A little note about insurance - Please read carefully... If the value of your record(s) is over £30, your invoice will include an insured option. Being the responsible adults you are, it is entirely up to you to take this up  - we strongly advise you to do this but will not hassle you about it. You either add the required insurance or you don't. If you do add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will get a refund. If you don't add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will not get a refund. Can we be any clearer? I think not.

Refunds & Feedback ... Please read this carefully ... We try to give you the best quality examples of rare records available. However, there will always be somebody out there whose expectations far exceed UK record collector grading standards.  If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your record or our grading of it please refer to the UK Record Collector Grading Chart very carefully BEFORE emailing us. We strictly adhere to it and will only offer refunds (minus the postage AND our eBay costs) if we are satisfied that we have fallen below UK record collector grading standards. This will very rarely, if ever, happen. We will not be impressed with buyers disputing our gradings without even bothering to check the UK record collector grading standards chart first - you have been warned ...

Buyers who continually Haggle, Whine and Moan to try to decrease the price they won their auctions for will be blocked from bidding on future auctions and can toodle off down to HMV or Virgin where they can harass the counter staff there.

We will always leave feedback upon receipt of feedback. In an ideal world we would like to leave feedback as soon as the record has been shipped but due to feedback blackmail in the past (i,e, ",,,I want a partial refund or I will leave negative feedback") we have opted to take this measure. Contact must be made within 3 days of winning the auction. If payment has not been received after 10 days a non paying bidder alert will be placed.
