ITEM DESCRIPTION & CONDITION
**FROG**WITCH HUNT (Theme from PSYCHOMANIA)/LIVING DEAD rare psych funk instrumental 7" single.This is a demo verison,release date 30-3-73,on jam records,cat#JAM39.
The record looks in strong excellent+ to near mint condition but it does need a dust.There is a little crackle right at the start of side 1 but this should vanish once it is cleaned.The company sleeve has a hand written cataloguing number in the top left corner otherwise in excellent condition.
I have been selling records for nearly 20 years mail order and from my shop and I hope my gradings are accurate(gradings based on record collector system).If you purchase an item and feel the grading is not accurate feel free to return the item for a full refund including postage.

Record Grading System
- Mint - The record looks unplayed and in brand new condition
- Nr Mint - The record has probably only been played a couple of times (if at all) and may have a couple of very light marks which do not affect the playing quality at all
- Excellent - The record may have slight wear but should still have good sound quality.It may have some light scratches or light marks but no heavy scratches
- VG - The record has obviously been played several times and has either scratches or marks but should still play fine (possibly with some crackle)
- Good - The record has been well played and has several scratches-should still play but probably has lots of noise or even jumps or sticks
- Poor - Tatty and really only suitable as a gap filler
