The actions of customs in other countries is impossible for us to track. If you want to pay the often huge fees for international tracking, please let us know and we can include those fees in your invoice. If not, again, we will not be responsible. (We include a tracking number with EVERY U.S. shipment.) Items are packed & shipped within 3 business days of the closing of the listing. If it is urgent your item be shipped immediately, please write us a note when you pay for your item(s).
We have to list a return policy now and the options are just yes or no which is very vague, but generally we do not accept returns. This is negotiable if there is a good reason, for instance if an item is seriously different than how we described it, but not for reasons like if you buy an item and later decide you don't want it.
To protect ourselves from things being returned for every reason we officially do not accept returns, but are willing to discuss any problem items.
Thank you! Bid away!
