This is a stamped "Review copy." It has the 47 West 63rd NYC address on label, <st1:address w:st="on"><st1:Street w:st="on">43 West 61st St.</st1:Street> <st1:City w:st="on">New York</st1:City></st1:address> 23 address on jacket, RVG and the "ear" stamped in deadwax, and the registered trademark under the E of Blue Note. All of this indicates a first press
