Amazing solo album from Soft Henry Cow guitarist Fred Frith. Composed of purely guitar solos this is a record that outguns even the most accomplished guitarists of the period including such master craftsman as John McLaughlin, Alan Holdsworth, Ollie Halsall and Pat Metheny to name a few.

For Frith the musical palate  encompassed  sparse instrumental fair, unique atonal modulation and typically discordant vamps across a variety of musical styles. Work your way through cascading yet riveting syncopation and wildly experimental, melody. Very hard to find these days and never in totally and probably unplayed mint condition.

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Pressing: Issued on Caroline, UK, 1974 

Vinyl: Beautiful virtually unplayed condition. No spindle marks what so ever. Grades as a top shop fresh MINT!

Cover: Very minor signs of use. Issued in a fully laminated cover with Sharp corners, no dings, no bends and no creases. Displays a thin line of sellotape residue along stop edge - nothing to worry about. Grades as Ex+
