POSTAGE TIME

We generally can only post once a week due to other work comittments.  please note that the EBay reference of 1-6 days as postage time actually relates to the Australia Post advised time it can take to reach you once posted - NOT THE NUMBER OF DAYS IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE ONCE PAID.  Sometimes it is just not possible and EBAY currently suggest 14 days as reasonable.  WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO POST AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE

ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP FROM OUR STORE IN COLLEGE PARK ON WEEKENDS ONLY - EMAIL TO ARRANGE

I ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR LOST ITEMS.  

REFUNDS ONLY ISSUED IF GOODS DEFECTIVE OR SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED (NOT THAT YOU HAVE JUST CHANGED YOUR MIND) AND THEN ONLY IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED FIRST.

WE NO LONGER SHIP TO ITALY, FRANCE, SOUTH AMERICA OR SPAIN/PORTUGAL WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL - DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CONTACT US FIRST, OR YOUR BID WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE PLACED ON OUR BLOCKED BIDDER LIST. 

WE HAVE HAD TOO MANY ITEMS NOT ARRIVE OR GO MISSING FROM THOSE COUNTRIES.  IF YOU WISH TO HAVE AN ITEM SHIPPED TO THOSE COUNTRIES THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR INSURED MAIL.

CONTACT IS TO BE MADE WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF AN AUCTION ENDING.  IF NO CONTACT IS MADE THEN AN UNPAID ITEM REPORT WILL BE FILED

All feedback will be left upon completion of the transaction - that means once you get the item and are happy then feedback will be left.  If you're not happy then contact us BEFORE you leave feedback and give us a chance to make things right.  DON'T act like a 12 year old and just leave negs without first speaking to us.  Problems are easily worked out, however those who do leave negs will be blocked from any future auction

And if you do have a question, please do not wait until the last 10 minutes to ask it because it's likely we won't be able to answer it in time.

We don't end auctions early.

The scans are of the product itself as we have it.  We don't sell anything that we're not in possession of.

We usually only have one item per listing.  If we have multiple items then we'll relist.

PAYMENT DETAILS:  For non-Australian buyers payment by PayPal only.  We will not accept any non Australian money orders of cheques so please don't ask. 

For Australian buyers payment by PAYPAL ONLY unless previously arranged.

All items must be paid for within 10 days from the auctions closing date or negative feedback will be left and a non paying bidder alert will be filed with eBay.

No international money orders or cheques will be accepted.
