Description
From 1968, comes Frank Zappa & The Mothers Of Invention with their LP We're Only In It For The Money on Verve V65045 blue label DEEP GROOVE. Scarce eighteen track album, including the songs Who Needs The Peace Corps? and What's The Ugliest Part Of Your Body?Gatefold cover with lyrics inside and a Frank Zappa parody of The Beatles Sgt. Pepper cover inside! All of the Frank Zappa/Mothers Of Invention albums are carefully thought out and planned! This is no exception, as it mocks The Beatles and the trappings of the psychedelic society, which Zappa considered phony! REVF is etched in the deadwax on both sides, comes with the Sgt. Pepper parody insert also!
ANY FLAWS IN THE VINYL, COVER, OR LABELS WILL BE NOTED BELOW:
High spot cover rubs, small white on seams.
GRADING:
Cover is better than VG+ but not VG++, record is VG++!!
