Description

THE MOTHERS OF INVENTION  WE'RE ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY.  Classic early album from the Mothers, originally released on Verve VLP.9199 in 1967.  This is a rare mono issue on the original black label.  The vinyl has surface marks and plays with some crackle.  The gatefold sleeve is laminated with flip back and printed by Garrard and Lofthouse.  The corners are worn and there are some creases on the outside of the sleeve.  Parts of the spine are split, as well.  If you want a mint copy, do not buy this one as it has not been really well cared for.  However, this does appear to be the original issue so is quite scarce.
