This is an ORIGINAL 1966 EARLY PRESSING VERVE RECORDS U.S. BLUE LABEL 2 LP STEREO ISSUE of the first Frank Zappa / Mothers Of Invention album titled 'Freak Out!'.  It is Verve Records U.S. catalog number V6-5005-2X, gatefold cover, blue Verve Records labels, thick rigid vinyl pressing, with the ad for the 'Freak Out Hot Spots' mail-in map on the inner right gatefold.
