Notes
1st issue, with "Freak Out - Hot Spots" map/poster offer printed on the right-hand inside of the gatefold jacket.The map was not produced until at least Dec 1966, thus not available until that date (and would have been retrospectively added by the album's owner.) FZ's signature can be seen on the montage, bottom right, as "FVZ 12/66".
"Tableaus" appears as part of the song title on the label for the track on Side D, "Tableaux" appears as part of the song title for the track on the inside of the gatefold.

Also, I always ship items in proper shipping packaging, with padding or packing peanuts or cardboard bracing.
Whatever is required to get it safely through the worldwide mail systems.
About shipping - The US Post Office raised the rates on postage as of January 1st 2013.
Also, please understand this in advance, I use the e-bay calculator to figure out postage.
Sometimes, it is wrong, and presents a cost that is higher then the actual cost at the post office.
If and when this is the case, I always refund the difference via Paypal.
Please Note: Overseas Packages that go through the Customs system, can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to Process and Deliver, this IS normal.
For Russia and the Middle East, this can take even longer and is completely out of my control, so please be patient.
Also, there is a small (cost) fee for the packaging materials that I get from Box City, in order to safely ship the items.
