FRANK ZAPPA "BEAT THE BOOTS" 8xLP limited edition box set on Rhino Records (cat#R-70907) copyright 1991. This box set contains factory-reconditioned versions of these formerly unauthorized recordings: AS AN AM ZAPPA (new york 10/31/81) THE ARK: MOTHERS OF INVENTION (boston 7/68) FREAKS AND MOTHERF*%!!@# (fillmore east 5/11/70) UNMITIGATED AUDACITY (notre dame univ. 5/12/74) ANY WAY THE WIND BLOWS (paris 2/24/79) 'TIS THE SEASON TO BE JELLY (sweden 9/30/67) SARRBRUCKEN 1979 (saarbrucken 9/3/78) PIQUANTIQUE (stockholm 8/21/73, sydney 8/73). Vinyl for all 8 LPs are in NEAR MINT condition. No pops, skips, scratches, etc. No visible signs of wear. All original sleeves are all in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Box is in EXCELLENT shape and also comes with original pop up insert (although it has come unglued in time and is now sitting freely in the box. Original BEAT THE BOOTS! button is also included.
