FRANK ZAPPA BEAT THE BOOTS 10 LP SET COMPLETE, EXCELLENT CONDITION
Rhino Records 1991, catalog number R-70907, limited edition of 600 copies, out of print. (Rhino Records specializes in high quality limited editions of past masterpieces, in this case they collaborated with late Frank Zappa on an "official" edition of bootlegs from various venues around US and Europe, these "boots" were approved by Frank Zappa for this limited edition. Rhino Records does not do reissues, so when their records sell out, they are out of print forever, in this case since 1991.)
This set is complete - it has all the original artwork and amenities - the "pop up" audience board, the "Beat the Boots" T-shirt, and the "Beat the Boots" button. The T-shirt has never been used, nor has the button been used, they are in new-like condition. I transferred the records from the original generic paper sleeves into high quality Japanese MoFi sleeves when I acquired the set. The covers of these records are NM, they look like new, there are no creases, no discoloration, no seam damage, no dinged corners, etc. The covers look like they left the printing plant yesterday. The original plain paper inner sleeves are included, they are inside the covers. The records are mostly unplayed (I think I played one record only when I obtained the set quite some time ago) and they retain high luster but some of them have paper scuffs. They have been stored outside their covers to prevent any seam damage to the covers. The "pop up" board is as new - stiff and has no creases or any damage of any sort. The outside cardboard box is in VG+ to Excellent condition (I do not want to disappoint you, so that's why I list it as such). There are two creases along the top edge (see pictures) but there is really nothing distracting about the cardboard box either - no rips, no water damage, no writing etc. As you see in pictures, I handled the item carefully and with hands in latex gloves to prevent any finger prints, etc.
Shipping: This item will be first wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent any damage by the records moving inside, and shipped in a sturdy, oversized box with plenty of cushioning material to make sure that the item reaches you in the quality I described it. USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is on me (US only). Rest assured that you will get the item undamaged. If there are international buyers, they must contact me before bidding/buying and must be responsible for all shipping costs, which will be expensive, I estimate about $100 in most cases.
