This is # 1030.

REPRISE MONO 2 LP # 2F1016 (SHIPPING FOR THIS ITEM WILL BE CHARGED FOR 3 RECORDS DUE TO WEIGHT OF BOOK AND PACKAGING

Box is VG+/VG++ with a 3" split on top (front is nice and card on back with signiture/# is in NEAR MINT condition); LP cover is NEAR MINT MINUS with a small cut out hole on lower right; records are VG+ (record 1) to VG++ (record II). 24 page book is NEAR MINT. Autograph is very well preserved and I would grade it at NEAR MINT. Overall I'd say this is a nice copy, 7 on a scale of 10, or low end of VG++ overall. Very rare!
