PRESSING: German (made in Germany) Silver lable 140 gramm STEREO 33 1/3 r.p.m pressing.

 GRADING: 

Record: NM.  All 3 records are visually perfect. They have certainly been played only a very few times, if at all. I would call them MINT, but like they say, this term is hardly ever used.

Label: NM. No spindle trails. Perfect in every way.

Jacket: VG+.  No splits or ring wear - pen notation in ink front top left corners of all 3 and on rear right top corners. Please see photo.All 3 have the index card insert included. All 3 have the signed inspection tag on the front cover.

Sleeve: Original inner sleeves are present and in perfect condition.

 HOW I GRADE:

I have been a used RECORD & BOOKSELLER for almost 20 years. I evaluate very conservatively in the following manner:

        I use GOLDMINE'S grading system:

1. A MINT record (abbreviated as M) should appear to have just left the manufacturer without any handling. That is, it should appear perfect. This designation is hardly ever used.
2. A NEAR MINT record (NM) appears Mint but has one or two tiny, inconsequential flaws that do not affect the play. Covers should still be close to perfect with minor signs of wear or age just becoming evident. Slight ring wear, minor denting to the corner, or writing should all be noted properly.
3. A VERY GOOD PLUS  record (VG+) has been handled and played either infrequently or very carefully. On a disc this may mean that there are light paper scuffs; the vinyl may have lost some - not all - of its original luster. A slight scratch that does not affect play would be VG+; a scratch that audibly clicks would not be acceptable. On the covers, some wear from storage/handling is acceptable, especially light wear that does not afect the artwork. Again, all flaws are listed.
4. VERY GOOD (VG) records will display visible signs of handling and playing such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scatches, groove wear, and spindle trails from countless spins on the turntable. A VG record looks like it will have some audible surface noise, although any such noise should not overwhelm the music. The VG cover would have a variety of problems: ring wear, seam splits, bent corners, loss of gloss, stains, etc. An aggravated combination of two of these problems - never all of them - would cause a sleeve to be graded VG.

All records and sleeves are separated with 3 layers of bubble wrap, within a sturdy Lp cardboard box. I specialize in rare music/books and make it a special concern of mine to insure that your purchase arrives as quickly and as safely as possible.
