Prestige Folklore 14005, “The Folk Blues of Eric von Schmidt” from 1963. EVS sings and plays guitar, mandolin, harmonica; Geoff Muldaur, guitar; Robert L. Jones, guitar and vocals; Fritz Richmond, washtub bass. Vinyl with original banjo logo plays at about VG++ with a bit of static on the outer tracks that can’t be heard at a distance. The laminated cover has strong seams all around with an inch or two of laminate cracking at upper center. There are no ringwear or bends (though one laminate wrinkle on the lower left looks like one), and corners are square. The jacket back is clean but has some dirt or possible moisture staining at lower right; see scan.
