Y. UCHIDA & THE FLOWERS - "Challenge!" LP on the Columbia label, YS-10063-J, from 1969. Here is the original Japanese first pressing of this megarare Japanese psych album. This is pre-Flower Travelling Band, and music is heavy guitar psych rock, with crazy screaming vocals and wild guitar solos. Great looking gatefold cover with group in the nude, in a open field. The insert page is still intact on the inside of cover. The nice thick gatefold cover is in VG++ condition, with light wear on corners, and with a few, light worn spots on seams and spine. Disc is visually VG+, with some very light surface marks, and very light hairline marks, side 2, plays excellent, and Side 1, has a couple short scratch marks thru part of 2nd and 3rd tracks, which causes light ticks, this side plays with some light background crackles, in a few spots, but overall plays very well. A decent copy for this mega rarity. Impossible to find even in Japan. There is a reasonable reserve put on this one. Winner pays for shipping. Please view our other auctions. Thanks.
