FLIP PHILLIPS & OSCAR PETERSON "THE FLIP PHILLIPS QUINTET" 1st. mono lp on Clef MG C-637 US issue 1954 VG/VG. (New dealer: Please check my About Me page).

I would grade this LP VG. I will only auction VG condition LPs that are “classic recordings” or just very old, interesting and hard-to-find LPs. These records will probably have a healthy amount of play and visible scuffs or lines that do affect play. The record still plays through nicely; it’s just an obviously much appreciated  recording. THIS IS A VINTAGE COPY (pre-2000). ALL LPS COME TO YOU FRESHLY CLEANED AND PLAY READY. FOR MAXIMUM  RESULTS RECLEAN EACH SIDE  AFTER INITIAL PLAY (SOME OF MY LPS HAVE NOT BEEN PLAYED FOR 40 YRS. OR MORE). This is a pretty clean copy of this old Clef. It plays at least 60% in the VG+ range with no major crackups. A great collectible and music as good as it gets.

THE JACKET; No stickers. Very functional jacket. I would rate the cover VG overall with corner and seam wear. Some soiling consistent with a light colored jacket. Previous owners name neatly in black ink back. Very nice overall. Great collectible package.
