Fleetwood Mac's debut LP was a highlight of the late-'60s British blues boom.
Green's always inspired playing and the general panache of the band as a whole placed them leagues above the overcrowded field.
Elmore James is a big influence on this set, particularly on the tunes fronted by Jeremy Spencer ("Shake Your Moneymaker," "Got to Move").
Spencer's bluster, however, was outshone by the budding singing and songwriting skills of Green.
The guitarist balanced humour and vulnerability on cuts like "Looking for Somebody" and "Long Grey Mare," and with "If I Loved Another Woman," he offered a glimpse of the Latin-blues fusion that he would perfect with "Black Magic Woman."
The album was an unexpected smash in the U.K., reaching number four on the British charts

Both labels are clean, fresh and unmarked with just one or two light spindle traces
VINYL Visual: NEAR MINT
Apart from a couple of extremely light and superficial harmless brush marks from the inner both surfaces shine like new
VINYL Audio: NEAR MINT
Beautiful copy - barely played and my play-check at loud volume found no audible issues of note - plays beautifully throughout - one of the finest copies I have seen. (I also have Mr Wonderful on sale at the moment from the same original owner - in similar stunning condition)
SLEEVE: NEAR MINT
Superb example - again, one of the the best I have seen - practically no wear to speak of - crisp, sharp and unworn edges and clean, fresh surfaces
