Description
Ultra-rare 1977 Mercury Records Dutch pressing of Fela Kuti's epic anthem "Zombie", promotional copy. It has 2 long B-sides "Monkey Banana" and "Everything Scatter" (the original '77 African pressings had a different B-side, "Follow Follow"). Awesome analog sound for these afrobeat classics.
VPI cleaned and play graded, record in strong VG+ condition, plays excellent, very clean. The cover is VG+, it would easily be EX to NM, but it has a split along the spine that has been discreetly fixed with tape (not very noticeable at all, looks fine), otherwise looks fantastic, barely any shelf wear. Small promo stickers on the back cover and on the Side 1 label. Includes inner sleeve with lyrics on one side and cool Fela pictures on the other.
Packed and shipped with care. You can combine any records I am selling for a significant shipping discount. Thanks.
