(Eye and Eye 7014) Original 1977 US 1st California private pressing 45
Visual grading of disc: Near Mint
(Never played. A couple small marks on the edge/lead in area - won't affect play)
Sleeve has some age discoloration around the edges after 45 years. Slightly
heavy paper stock has some small tears at the over sized top opening - see
both photos. No splits or writing.
I'd safely say that the chances of seeing another copy of this in this condition
'anytime' in the future are mighty slim - if ever.

Most were stored carefully, some were not. All of my gradings are visual and more often than not, quite generous.

PLEASE READ MY MY GRADING SCALE
(Near Mint and Mint Minus are not the same grade)
Near Mint: May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small hairline mark,
or a couple paper scuffs on play area but no audible distractions.
Mint minus: A scuff or two or a very light mark or two on either or both sides.
VG++: One step down. A few faint marks or paper scuffs that will probably not
be audible - and if they are, will be mighty faint and not a distraction.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some may likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that might be heard but record should still play through
rather nicely. I have very few records in this condition that I feel the need to sell.
