VINYL is NM/VG+
Beautiful high gloss vinyl has a few (very) tiny pressing bumps on side one (Side plays fine through these on my turntable, with only a short light tick at each. I count 4 really tiny bumps in all on the side). Side 2 vinyl is pristine, Like New. Original issue silver Metal Blade labels are clean both sides with a few press-plate blemishes to silver finish (very common on these silver labels) on side 1. Side 2 label is pristine.

COVER is VG+
Clean, crisp and vibrant cover with no shelfwear, writing or soil. Some marks to bottom of front from removed large radio station library/playnotes sticker. "SAMPLE COPY NOT FOR SALE" Promo sticker on back, u.r. corner, drill hole at top. Few soft edge creases. Seams and spine completely intact with no splits.

1st issue with SILVER labels and Original Cover Art/Text

Various later issues used a series of changing cover art - some completely different, but only one other had same basic artwork/image and color, but its "FATES WARNING" title text was already different. Oddly, each successive cover change got more and more boring and insipid. They should have left it alone; but because they didn't it is easy to follow pressing and reissue sequence. The earliest and rarest of all is this issue with original cover artwork, both the original text font for "FATES WARNING" cover title - AND the original silver labels. AND the INSERT (not inner sleeve).
