FAIRPORT CONVENTION unhalfbricking ISLAND LP ''block'' logo ILPS-9102!
Original UK LP with matt sleeve and inner sleeve.
Released in 1968, on the ISLAND label.
Catalogue number: ILPS-9102.
First pressing released on pink Island ''block'' logo label design.
Large font text ERNEST J DAY & CO LTD on rear sleeve.
Matrix Numbers read:
A-side: ILPS 9102 A//1.
B-side: ILPS 9102 B//2.
Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD CONDITION (*Plays EXCELLENT)
Overall a solid complete sleeve, spine flattened, some surrounding edge wear, ring wear and cosmetic wear.
Displays no rips/tears, seem splits or any deep bad sleeve creases, grades VERY GOOD condition.
Inner sleeve, tatty with tape on surrounding edges, GOOD condition.
A-side label with name written on and with spindle hole trail sheen on both sides.
Playing surfaces retain a glossy sheen.
Has some small soft light, visible surface scuff marks, on both sides, not excessive and with nothing heavy.
Graded visually as VERY GOOD condition.
*Record *Plays EXCELLENT on both sides emits mainly a clean sound.
Displays no loud/audible crackles or clicks and no pops.
Has some light touches of low level surface noise in a few places, but overall minimal.
