Description

FAIRPORT CONVENTION - Unhalfbricking

(Very Rare UK Original First Press on ISLAND Records, # ILPS 9102  from 1969)

 

Label/Sleeve -> Rare PINK Label with BLACK BLOCK logo covering the spindle hole. Gatefold Sleeve printed at Ernest J Day & Co Ltd.

 

Matrix # -> ILPS 9102  A//1 1 1 and ILPS 9102  B//1 1 1

 

Grade (Cover/Vinyl)  -> VG+ / Near Mint-

 

Description  -> Vinyl is in fantastic condition and plays great with superb fidelity.  Some superficial paper sleeve mark visible under light not effecting play at all. Plays cleanly. Very difficult to find one in such shape after about 40 years.  Professionally cleaned.

Very thin cover as it came in has some rub wear and creases. The opening has a small 2 to 3 mm tear at two places and at the back has a sticker peel off lower center. (See Picture).  ALL Seams Intact and NO Writing. Overall very decent etc. Very difficult to describe. Do see pictures as I provide large pictures in high quality of everything to list.
