This is the rare UK 1st press of ‘Unhalfbricking' by Fairport Convention. This is a genuine 1st press with the original Island pink ‘block' label, heavy vinyl and the very ealiest 1st press matrix. The album is complete with the original plain company inner sleeve and 1st press matt EJ Day sleeve.
The record is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl has a superb bright gloss with a few extremely light marks on both sides. The pink block Island label is completely clean. The pink is bold, the white is bright and the text is still very sharp. There is only the slightest spindle wear. On playing there is a little background noise but it does not spoil the enjoyment of this album, the sound is still extremely rich and clear. The record is complete with the original plain company inner sleeve.
The matt EJ Day sleeve is in Very Good condition. The cover is bright, the image is sharp and the text is clear. There is some light overall wear to the sleeve, some ring wear and a tape mark in the top corner. It is complete, with no edge splits and although the spine has some wear it is still intact.
