Description
This is a fine copy of a 1992 comp/archival release of single and unreleased tracks by Faine Jade. The Long Island, NY-based Jade first emerged in local group the Rustics, who released one single in 1966. That single and several lo fi home recordings by the group comprise side 1 of this LP. Side 2 includes two 1966 demo recordings by Jade and Rustics lead guitarist Nick Manzi (who went on to Bohemian Vendetta), demo versions of two tracks from Jade's 1968 LP Introspection, the title track, a 1967 b-side with blistering guitar work (it appeared on volume 8 of the Pebbles series), and a post-LP recording. The jacket is close to M- with a little curvature from storage (EX+). The disc is clean with a few hairline scrapes on side 1, and plays with a little light surface noise (not counting noise from some source discs) (M-). The record comes with a two-sided insert (M-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their jackets. The jackets have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded (spot checked) discs except where otherwise noted.
If you'd like to order multiple items, I'll happily combine them so that you won't have to pay multiple shipping charges.
