Original 1st pressing, 1990, Arista Records (AL3-8634).

The scarcity of this Grateful Dead vinyl treasure centers on its release during the transition of vinyl to CDs in 1990. Vinyl was--at that time, and until consumers and record companies got smart again--being phased out, so quantities of this vinyl issue were extremely limited.

Powerful live recordings from October 1989 to April 1990.
Sensational deluxe fold-out panel cover adorned by suitably bizarre illustration by Rick Griffin and atmospheric photography.

Superior analog sound that enunciates the music on this beautiful set to perfection.

Exceptionally strong performances running on all cylinders, including magnificent cover versions of Traffic's classic "Dear Mr. Fantasy" and Robert Johnson's iconic "Walkin' Blues."
