EXTREMELY RARE - 4 record picture set of live recordings from Earl's Court in London England - recorded on May 23rd, 1975. This is a rare find.
If you are a Led Zeppelin enthusiast, you need to have this as part of your collection. Please, do some research and attempt to find something on this collection. YOU WON'T FIND ANYTHING LIKE IT!!!
There are 4 records with pictures on either side of them. It is created by the "famous" Mel Bush in association with Peter Grant (Led Zeppelin"s Manager)
Joker Records Ltd created it... and was made in Holland.
There is some mystery on this set. I have attempted alot of research on this item, and there is nothing out there. The songs on the records are as follows:
No Quarter, Tangerine, Going to California, That's the way, Bron yaur stomp, Moby Dick, Dazed and Confused 1, Dazed and Confused 2, Stairway to Heaven, Whole lotta love, Black Dog, The song remains the same, Rain Song, Kashmir, Rock & Roll, Sick again, Over the hills and far away, and In my time of dying.
There are also 2 original pictures included. These are actual photographs! The first is of Robert Plant in concert singing. It is approximately 8 X 10, and the other is of Jimmy Page playing laed guitar during concert and this is approximately 4 X 6. These alone have substancial significance and value!
This landed in my hands many years ago. Upon looking into it and doing alot of research, there are no references to it. There are rumours that that there were only 100 made, and given to friends and DJ's that played their music even when banned. This is unconfirmed. To my knowledge, these records have not been played and are in a plastic record jacket within the box set. The box itself is generally in good shape with a little wear and tear from over the years.
This has been sitting in a safe for many years, It's time to get the "Led" out!
