Description

Black label with oval Jubilee logo surrounded by multi-colored spikes, deep groove. Sings on 11 tracks with Hank Jones, piano; Abie Baker, bass; Eddie Biggs, guitar; Kenny Clarke, drums. Fine jazz singer with excellent variety of tunes. Cover: VG. Bottom edge at insert corner has a 2” split. There is a noticeable crease and larger light stain on the back cover in the corresponding place. Indications are that it was subjected to some liquid. There is some other edge and corner wear. Cover has some aging and some soil from handling. Record: Mint(-). Visually shows no wear. Except for a few very infrequent clicks, no other surface noise. Exceptionally fine conditions for this label. Moderately heavy vinyl. Audibly checked.
