Never opened in factory sealed / distributor sealed in either clean plastic shrink wrap or self-adhere bag (a cut-out hole or notch which would be mentioned).
MINT
Has been opened, record & cover looks new (a cut-out hole or notch which would be mentioned).
NEAR MINT
Only slightest signs of handling. Record may has one or two scuff marks (NOT scratches), labels may have a spindle trail. Cover may has slightest signs of normal ring-wear and shelf-wear (a cut-out hole or notch which would be mentioned).
EXCELLENT
Record may has few spindle trail, scuff marks and signs of some wear with only "barely detectable" scratches. Cover may has neatly repaired seam split is permissible, slight yellowing on edges, small markings, a corner ding are possible (a cut-out hole or notch which would be mentioned). VERY GOOD (only applied on collectable rare items)
Vinyl should has spindle trails, scuff marks and scratches which crackles and pops should be expected in listening. Cover has heavy used cover-wear such as ring wear and split seams, large markings, slight water damage, etc. and would be mentioned.
(for CDs listed in our eBay store, they are either in NEW SEALED or used but should be in very good to near mint condition. Please be bared in mind that for used CD there should be some slight scuff marks or cleaning marks.)
