For sometime many of our friends have asked us to make an album of our favorite songs. We have hesitated since we seek no recognition for ourselves and sing only to glorify the Lord. After much prayer and seeking His will we have come to the making of this album. One of the churches represented by the Quartet was confronted with the need to either do extensive repair or build. We felt as a gesture of love on our part we would make this album and give all the money for it's sale to them for their need. * So the proceeds of the sale of each album will go to the Memorial Union : Church in Limestone Cove, Unicoi, Tennessee. It is the desire and dedication of the Volunteer Quartet and the Church that each song here will be used of the Lord to draw Christians closer to our blessed Saviour. That Christ might be made more real to you through hearing these songs. For those without Christ as their personal Saviour we pray that you will be drawn to Him and accept Him for the forgiveness of your sins. If Christ should speak to your hearts in either way we hope that you will feel free to write to us or the Church and we will rejoice with you or help you if you should need Christ as Saviour.
