Thank you for viewing my auction! Please read the entire description and view all photos before bidding. All of my items are vintage/pre-owned and have had a previous life, so they are all sold as is. I am not an expert; I just describe all items to the best of my ability and knowledge, so if you have any questions or concerns or need any more details, please ask before you bid as I cannot accept returns unless I have made any errors in my listings.
UPDATE / DETAILS ON CONDITION:
I played both sides all the way through, and they both play fine all the way through. No skips, scratches or pops. On Lonesome Shack, there is some crackling in the very start of the song that lasts for a second or half a second or so (I don't know if this would be described as a hiss?) but to me it does not detract from the record at all. If I heard this at a party or club I would not flinch but I don't know if that would be a problem for someone else. There is technically some crackling on other parts of the record but as a casual listener / observer I consider it to be very low audibly compared to the music and wouldn't be a problem for me at all. It is a sound that I associate with vinyl versus cd's but definitely not out of the ordinary for vinyl records. I only hear it in the quieter parts of the music and mostly towards the beginning of the song - when it is really going I don't notice it. Overall the sound quality is incredibly clean and I don't hear any noise other than the music. Not really visually dusty but I am unable to do the cleaning at this time. I would consider this record to be in great shape. I would describe How About You the same condition except for the short "hiss" in the beginning. Visually, I see light minimal marks/scuffs/potential dirt but I had to use a flash light to see all of this - I always perceived this to be in really great shape for such a cool, old record. There is a white dot sticker on Lonesome Shack label. White fleck on Lonesome Shack vinyl could probably be removed but don't want to risk scratching the vinyl myself - don't see or hear it affect play.I am not an expert but have described this to the best of my ability. Price includes USPS insurance.
