This just sold on November 29th for $1525.00.. item number 262726339046

This copy is in the same top condition as that sold copy... and if possible... in better condition.

I've only ever played this a couple of times, one of which was to grade it for this listing.

It is as close to perfect as you are ever going to get. I only heard 1 pop and that was between songs.

Impossibly rare!!

A TOP shelf Keeper Copy of a rarely seen LP.

Eric the LP was released in 1970 on CEI Records from Marion, Ohio.

This is an original 1st pressing.

VERY few copies are known to exist.

I got this copy from the guitar player/song writer in the band... years ago.
...and this is probably the nicest copy you will EVER find.

Cover Condition: Near Mint (NM) LP in laminated cover; some light spotting, and a tiny ding to the lower left corner front.

Vinyl Condition: Play graded VG++ to Near Mint (NM)
