Sealed original cut-out copy so there is a cut out hole upper left corner, some minor tears to shrink but unopened and flat, no sign of any issues. Would recommend proper cleaning for any sealed record like this.

I grade critically and honestly under proper lighting, properly clean, upgrade inner sleeves, play grade on a Technics 1200 and mail in brand new Sleeve City mailers with filler pads.
