Description
Up for auction today are two vintage 45 rpm records. Both are sun labels. First is a sun label Elvis Presley Record.
"I forgot to remember to forget" (Kesler-Feathers) Scotty and Bill ( dead wax #45-U-157x Trail off #20....(2230.
"Mystery Train" (Parker-Phillips) Scotty and Bill (dead wax #45-U-156x Trail off #20.....(223)
This record still has some gloss, with normal scratchers with age. One side has ink mark (see photo) and also in the center hole is a piece out- again (see photo) Over all the yellow labbel is not in bad condition
Second is a Sun Label Johnny Cash Record.
It is a ep #117. One side is -So Doggone Lonesome by (Cash) and I Was There When It Happened By ( Jones-Davis) Johnny Cash And The Tennessee Two.
Other side Cry, Cry, Cry by (Cash) and Remember Me By (Hamblen) Johnny Cash And The Tennessee Two. Record Has scratchers because of age , yellow label is in good condition.
Both Sun Records Are Originals: I don"t have a record player and have not listerned to either record. Both records have been played and enjoyed by the previous owner and will make a great addition to the winners collection and will be able to listen to both, a very young Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash. Please remember that I an not a proffessional grader with records, and I have described both records the best that I could and both records are being sold as they are with no return.
