Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1966 single Spinout / All That I am released in the USA.
The record itself (47-9115 )is ONLY in VERY GOOD condition and retains some of it's natural sheen.
There are quite a few visible marks/scratches (nothing too deep though)
The labels are quite bright and have NO WRITING but do have the non sticky remains of a small label on one side (see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $45-50 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+ for the sleeve alone.
This RARE sleeve has NO SPLITS , RIPS or TEARS.
The things that stop this from grading higher is some creases , discolouration/ringwear and some writing on one side (see photos)
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to help try and prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
THIS IS THE 2ND ISSUED AND RARER SLEEVE ADVERTIZING "ASK FOR " SPINOUT LP (rather than the earlier alternative sleeve stating "WATCH FOR")
This one does not come up for auction that often!!!!!!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $55(£36 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £40.
I will start this at under HALF OF THAT!!!
