Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1957 EP release of ELVIS PRESLEY in Loving You (vol 1) released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA 1 - 1515 dog on top)is in EXCELLENT condition with very few light marks/scratches and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.
THIS REALLY IS A BEAUTY!!!!!!!
The centre labels are CRISP and BRIGHT and have NO WRITING! (see photos).
This is also the RARER issue WITH HORIZONTAL LINE!
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2002 as $45-50 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 50 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.
There are NO RIPS,TEARS or WRITING! (see photos)
The only thing that stops this from grading even higher some slight staining/discolouration,corner wear and some slight damage from where a price label has been removed(see photos)
This is a really affordable collection filler until that MINT £60+ copy comes along.
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $90(£57approx) .
I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £60.
I will start this at under a THIRD OF THAT!!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
