Description

This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1968 Gold Standard Series single Blue Christmas / Santa Claus Is Back In Town released in the USA.

The record itself (447-0647 Orange Label )is in VERY GOOD+ condition and retains some of it's natural sheen.

There are a few light marks/scratches(nothing too deep or drastic though).

The labels have NO WRITING but do have some ringwear/staining!

The picture sleeve is much sought after and is in VERY GOOD+ condition.

This sleeve is over 46 years old and has NO SPLITS, RIPS,TEARS or WRITING!!!!(see photos)

The only things that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases, some non sticky residue from where a label has been removed and a couple of small holes from where a staple has been removed(see photos)

THIS REALLY IS QUITE A RARITY and A HARD ONE TO FIND!!

Overall 2 years ago this was still valued at $115+(£74) , so i guess it must now be at least £80.

 I will start this at under A HALF OF THAT!!!!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE, you will get a GREAT bargain.
