This auction is for a sealed first press of Elvis Presley - Touch Of Gold Volume II on RCA Victor, EPA-5101.
No major flaws, see pics. There is what appears to be a piece of tape on the shrink to possibly keep the shrink from tearing open. The tape is discolored so I believe it was put on there by the retail outlet that sold it or by the first buyer.
I have never seen a copy of this EP in this condition! If you are a collector then this will be the last copy you will have to buy of this EP.
