Description

You are bidding on a real piece of history. This is one of Elvis's first singles & yes, it is on the original Sun Records 209 label. One side has Elvis's version of "That's Alright" & the other has his version of "Blue Moon of Kentucky." The overall condition of this 45 is good to very good, especially considering the age. The 45 does play and sounds as good as you could expect any old record to sound. I will try to describe any faults: 1) On the "That's Alright" side there is a section of the label that is either missing or covered with tape. The title, artist and original 209 label is all easily read. 2) There is a stamp on the label from the music store from which the record was bought all those years ago. A custom that was traditional practiced from old time music stores. 3) There is no original sleeve 4) There are some light scratches on record and this is from normal play of the album. This 45 has no way been abused nor neglected and once again is in the good to very good category. So, if you would like to own musical history from the very icon that changed the perspective of rock n' roll here is your chance!!! Happy bidding and thanks for looking!
