Elvis Presley Sun 223 78RPM MYSTERY TRAIN / I FORGOT TO REMEMBER TO FORGET EX.

I bought this from a neighbor/dealer almost 40 years ago. He had 3 of them from stock. All appeared to be new and unplayed. I got my choice of the 3. I have never played this record. Any minor wear comes from my handling it. Showing to friends etc. I just recently noticed a small approx 1 inch paper scoff. Perhaps a result of taking it in and out of the coarse paper sleeve. The scoff is only visible with correct angle and lighting. Condition is listed as used but I doubt the record has been played.? I’m not a pro. I see absolutely no scratches.
